The agreement is subject to cancellation at any time during the term of the agreement upon notification by the student. If this agreement is cancelled within three (3) days, the studio will refund all payments made under the agreement within 20 days. After three business’ days the studio will only charge you for the dance instructions and dance instruction service actually furnished under the agreement plus a reasonable and fair service fee.
After expiration of the term of this agreement, refunds will not be granted.
